Value Scan

Values Scan is a way of starting the process of creating or enhancing a visionary, values driven organisation. It covers :

  • Initial consultation to establish what and how the values assessment will cover
  • Web based values assessment of all staff
  • Report and feedback of the results

This process can be completed within four weeks, is low cost, and produces information which can be used to create a strong adaptive culture, which will in turn produce results such as were measured by Harvard Business School Professors, namely over an 11 year period;

Culture Change is a service that CIT offers to those organisations who know that they want to change their culture, or to larger organisations that need more analysis and feedback than their smaller counterparts. It consists of :

  • Initial consultation to establish scope and methodology
  • Assessment of leadership team
  • Staff briefings
  • Organisational Assessment
  • Report and feedback to leadership team
  • Feedback to staff via workshops
  • Outline plans to move to desired culture

This process can take up to three months elapsed time and creates the basis for lasting change.

For large organisations who wish to enter a new phase of growth and regeneration, Integral Transformation combines the benefits of building a values driven organisation with the more traditional change initiatives. In Integral Transformation systems, processes, people and culture are all combined to produce a programme which will produce significant change that will continue until it becomes embodied in the organisation and evolutionary.

This programme would include leadership assessments, organisational assessment, development plans, coaching and mentoring. It would also include the training of in-house staff to take over the programme.
