In Integral Transformation systems, processes, people and culture are all combined to produce a programme which will produce significant change that will continue until it becomes embodied in the organisation and evolutionary.

This programme would include leadership assessments, organisational assessment, development plans, coaching and mentoring. It would also include the training of in-house staff to take over the programme.
