CIT’s training and development programmes are currently being redesigned as part of the Centre’s broader evolution for the conditions of the present period. The new programme suite will address the cultural, behavioural and values literacy required for individuals, teams and leaders working in organisations where human and digital workers operate as an integrated workforce. It will draw directly on CIT’s current research into human behavioural intelligence, AI behavioural alignment, and the design of the fused workforce.
